Health/Fitness Links To Get You Through The Day

Back to school! Well, not for me, but for a lot of people, and the students on the campus I work at. I am so excited fall is here! Though I guess technically not for a few more weeks…maybe I have time to hit the beach one more time…

What are your favorite easy recipes to make in the microwave? I’ve tried “mug muffins” which are awesome…and quick eggs too!

    the link for the popcorn and ankle strengthening are the same..
