Health/Fitness Links To Get You Through The Day

Still 80 degrees today in NJ but at least it will lower in temp. tomorrow. 80 is too hot for me and I’d like a little spring weather before summer weather!

Here are your health links for today:

  • Homemade Maple Almond Granola (Iowa Girl Eats) – This looks delicious and so few ingredients! I also love her pictures, I wish I was better at making my pictures look that nice!
  • Weekend Food Prep (Run to the Finish) – I need to actually do this. I always say I will but never do. #lazy
  • Should I Be Drinking Protein Shakes? (Fit Sugar) – Great points about protein shakes. I used to drink them a lot but like natural sources of protein post workout now. Always try to look for protein powder with few ingredients!
  • Easy Energy Bites (Blonde Ponytail) – You know, I’ve never tried making something with dates…where do I even find them?!
