How I Warm Up Before Workouts

Do you have a set warm-up routine before you lift or do any sort of exercise? Or do you just wing it?

It’s important to have specific, dynamic movements that will warm up major muscle groups and prime your muscles for the action that will ensue. Below is my warm-up routine, but there are many, many more dynamic warm-ups out there! For instance, this is not the warm-up I do before running…I do something else entirely.
