Motivational Monday!

Sorry for the delayed Motivational Monday post! Again, it’s been a hectic few weeks finishing up my second to last semester of graduate school. So close to winter break…

Anyways, today’s quote is a great reminder! You don’t need to be a crazy fast runner, gym-rat, etc. to be healthy and working towards your goals (or “reaching your peak” hehe). Whether you think you’re slow, you’re a walker, you lift 5 lbs and not 100 lbs…that’s OK! You are miles ahead of those who do nothing and are still on the couch. If you know those people, try to get them to join you at the gym, or doing your favorite activity! Having a workout buddy is a great way to stay motivated, or motivate those who have yet to start.
